OUR massage therapist
Sarah Eftink
Sarah has been a health instructor for over 30 years. She holds a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant and has specialized training in sports massage, Graston Technique, MET, and joint mobilizations.
In addition to her work in fitness, she serves as an ICU nurse at St. Francis. Sarah has completed 10 years as a triathlete, competing in events from sprint distance to full Ironman, and even qualifying for the World Championship. She has challenged her endurance with 5Ks and a 12-hour run. Fitness is not only her career but also her passion, and she loves helping others achieve goals they once thought were unattainable.
