The Standard Athlete package includes 1 coached workout per week, perfect for staying consistent.

The Premium Athlete package doubles your progress with 2 workouts per week, giving you more structure and accountability.

The Platinum Athlete package delivers 3 high-level workouts per week, providing the most coaching, support, and performance gains.

ABOUT PREP ATHLETICS

Prep Athletics was founded in the summer of 2020 in Chris Navarro's basement with the vision of providing athletes in southeast Missouri the same high-level training their competitors were receiving in larger cities like St. Louis. By August 2020, we moved into our first dedicated space, and since then, we have trained hundreds of athletes who have gone on to become collegiate and even professional athletes. Recognizing the demand for adult fitness, we expanded our services in 2022 to include adult training programs, growing our adult client base to approximately 50 consistent members. Our mission is to foster a supportive and competitive environment that helps all our clients achieve their highest potential.
